Vanessa Tarot Deck used for this spread.

I'm using the Biddy Tarot Celtic Cross spread, which you can find here:
I know I said I would let Spirit and myself rest, but I needed this for guidance and to calm down my anxiety.
Card 1: The present. This card represents what is happening to the querent at the present time. It also reflects the querent’s state of mind and how they may be perceiving the situation.
9 of Swords - It's clear that I don't sleep well 99.9% of the time. Last night I had to consume a sleeping pill as well as other vitamins in order to help me rest. I finally slept for 7 hours when I usually only sleep 3-4 hours. I'm glad I decided to take my vitamins and the pill because today I was finally able to hear my inner voice, and to actually pay attention to it! So yes, I'm very tired, stressed, and constantly anxious. I will learn to close my mouth and ego more this time around. The picture shows a woman sitting up in bed with her head in her hands. The room is dark and there are 9 Swords serving as window guards. She looks very frustrated.
Card 2: The challenge. This card represents the immediate challenge or problem facing the querent. This is the one thing that, if resolved, would make life a lot easier. Even if you draw a ‘positive’ card in this position, consider it carefully as it will still represent a challenge.
7 of Cups - My challenge here is to be able to actually get some shut eye in order to rest fully. The woman is shown sleeping on her side. She looks very calm and peaceful unlike the 9 of Swords. There is some sort of smoke surrounding her (sage, healing), which makes me think that she's resting as well as dreaming. This is helping her tune into her higher self/inner voice better. I'm aware I'm able to have prophetic dreams (and maybe even visions as well), but I haven't fully mastered this yet. Just a few moments ago I saw my dead grandmother (may she RIP) applying Vick's Vapor Rub on my son, about 10 minutes afterwards my mother started rubbing it on him.
I know that's a message from my mama that she'll be watching over him :). She was always the caring kind, very into natural medicine and making others feel better.
Card 3: The past. This card represents the events that have lead up to the present situation and may provide some indication of how the challenge came about.
10 of Swords: Mental unrest, anxiety can also be applied to it. My mind has been overworking and I refused to shut it down.
Card 4: The future. This card represents what is likely to occur within the next few weeks or even months. This is not the final outcome, simply the next step on the journey.
10 of Wands: Overworked, burnt out and tired. The lady wears glasses. There's a night light beside her and many books piled high. She's working and trying to get everything done. If I don't stop, this will be me soon. This may suggest that I need to take at least 10 days off to quiet myself, or I risk burning out!
Card 5: Above. This card reflects the querent’s goal, aspiration or best outcome with regards to the situation. It is what the querent is working towards consciously as they attempt to resolve the issue.
High Priestess: Speaks for itself :) I want to note that the Priestess is blocked by the 10 of Wands, as water puts out fire. My Priestess is blocked by the constant stress and burdens. I'm aiming to turn her right side up again.
Card 6: Below. This card reflects that which is within the subconscious realm of the querent and delves much deeper into the core foundation of the situation. It symbolises the underlying feelings and trends associated with the situation and can indicate what is truly driving the querent. This card may bring a surprise message to the querent, particularly if they are not deeply connected to their inner being (watch out for reversed cards here which are likely to indicate that this is an ‘unknown’ to the querent).
Knight of Wands: Running away and escaping it all. The lady here is going out for a vacation, or an adventure if you will. She's standing by the entrance of a plane about to go sky diving. She's attempting to have an adrenaline rush, while at the same time occupying her mind with fun things in order to distress.
This could indicate that my base chakra isn't balanced. Uncontrollable anger is held in.
Card 7: Advice. The advice card takes into account all that is happening within the querent’s life and presents a recommendation for what approach can be taken to address the current challenges.
Sun: Vacation, trying to have fun and being happy. Doing things that bring a smile to my face, going out and having fun. I rarely go outdoors, so today I can hopefully try to get myself outdoors even if it's only to the backyard with my daughter.
Card 8: External influences. This card highlights the people, energies or events which will affect the outcome of the question and are beyond the querent’s control.
5 of Pentacles: My spirit is feeling deprived and it needs nourishment ASAP. If I don't follow the advice I will continue receiving poor and muddied messages from my guides and inner voice.
Card 9: Hopes and/or fears. This is perhaps one of the most difficult positions to interpret. Keep in mind that hopes and fears are closely intertwined, therefore that which we hope for may also be that which we fear, and so may fail to happen. Sometimes it is useful to draw a second card for clarification after the reading has been laid and to read the two together.
Ace of Cups: My hope is to start opening my heart and begin listening to my inner voice. I want to use my intuition to the best of my ability. In order for this seed to sprout, I will need to carefully heed the advice.
Card 10: Outcome. This card is representative of where the situation is headed and if/how the issue will be resolved. It assumes the outcome based on the querent continuing their current course of action. Of course, if the outcome card is not a desirable outcome, it is within the free will of the querent to make the necessary changes to their situation.
Death: My intuition will be reborn. I will be able to become brand new as far as Spirit goes. It's time to evolve into something better and grand. I will be brand new, I can't wait!
Three extra cards for further guidance - Hierophant+7 of Wands+Hermit = More spiritually inclined and I will be able to follow tradition and rules longer. I will be more energetic; enough to fight off any obstacles. I will be able to overcome all negativity and become Hermit itself. I need to fight off the urge to do what's wrong (constantly doing readings that become muddied and make no sense).
My inner voice will definitely become stronger, sturdier and I will be able to trust in it more.
